World Travels with Saskia – Terms & Conditions

World Travels with Saskia ("World Travels with Saskia," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Saskia Jackson, is an independent affiliate of Travel Agent Pro, a registered Seller of Travel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between World Travels with Saskia and you, the purchaser and/or traveler ("Client," "you," or "your").

By requesting services, authorizing payment, signing agreements, or booking travel through World Travels with Saskia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services and Agency Disclosure

World Travels with Saskia acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent for disclosed third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance providers (collectively, "Suppliers"). We do not own, operate, manage, or control any Supplier.

All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers and are subject to each Supplier’s individual terms and conditions. By booking travel through World Travels with Saskia, you agree to comply with all applicable Supplier terms.

2. Client Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You are financially responsible for all travel arrangements made for yourself and for all members of your traveling party.

You warrant that all information you provide is complete and accurate. Any discrepancies in names, dates of birth, gender markers, or documentation may result in denied boarding or cancellation without refund.

3. Payments, Credit Card Authorization, and Chargebacks

By authorizing payment, you permit World Travels with Saskia to charge your approved payment method for travel services, planning fees, Supplier deposits, final payments, penalties, change fees, and administrative fees.

EXCEPT IN CASES OF FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT TO INITIATE ANY CREDIT CARD DISPUTE OR CHARGEBACK for services rendered, deposits paid, or bookings confirmed. Attempting a chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of a chargeback, you agree to reimburse World Travels with Saskia for all related costs, including administrative fees, collection costs, chargeback penalties, and reasonable attorney fees.

4. Pricing Errors and Availability

All pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the Supplier. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions at any time. Availability is not guaranteed until written confirmation is issued.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable according to Supplier policies. World Travels with Saskia has no authority to override Supplier cancellation, refund, or rebooking policies.

No refunds are guaranteed. Any refunds issued are subject solely to Supplier approval and timelines.

Unused portions of travel are non-refundable.

6. Independent Arrangements

World Travels with Saskia is not responsible for any travel arrangements booked independently by the Client, including flights, hotels, transportation, excursions, or travel insurance. We assume no responsibility for schedule conflicts, missed connections, or losses related to independently booked components.

7. Travel Documents and Review Deadline

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, immunization records, and required documentation.

ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Failure to notify World Travels with Saskia of errors within this period releases us from responsibility for correction costs or resulting losses.

8. Health, Entry Requirements, and Special Needs

Clients are responsible for meeting all health, vaccination, and entry requirements. Requirements may change at any time without notice.

Clients requiring special accommodations, mobility assistance, or traveling with service animals must notify us prior to booking. We cannot guarantee Supplier compliance.

9. Travel Risks and Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks including illness, injury, delays, property damage, political unrest, natural disasters, and pandemics. By booking travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and release World Travels with Saskia from liability.

10. Force Majeure

World Travels with Saskia shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, weather events, supplier insolvency, or transportation interruptions.

Suppliers may modify or cancel services at their discretion. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by Supplier policies.

11. Airline, Cruise, and Supplier Operations

Airline schedules, seat assignments, baggage allowances, loyalty points, upgrades, and onboard services are controlled entirely by the airline or cruise line. Changes or cancellations may occur at any time.

World Travels with Saskia bears no responsibility for airline or cruise operational decisions, overbooking, schedule changes, or bankruptcies.

12. Client Conduct and Indemnification

Clients are expected to behave responsibly. Suppliers may remove a Client from travel services due to misconduct, health concerns, or safety issues without refund.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage or loss caused and agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Travels with Saskia from any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from Client actions.

13. Limitation of Liability

World Travels with Saskia’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total planning fees and commissions actually received for the booking giving rise to the claim.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

14. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you decline insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses. World Travels with Saskia is not an insurance provider and makes no guarantees regarding claims or coverage.

15. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute shall be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Virginia.

17. Modifications

World Travels with Saskia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon publication or distribution.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and World Travels with Saskia and supersede all prior communications.
