My approach to travel was shaped at 30,000 feet.

During my years as a flight attendant with Lufthansa, I worked in Business and First Class on international routes, where the difference between a good experience and an exceptional one often came down to the details no one noticed.

The goal was for them to simply enjoy the experience.

That philosophy stayed with me.
